Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the sale, subject to the following:

• The merchandise must be in the same condition as it was shipped.  Any used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Any items that have been sized or custom made are FINAL SALE. 
• All returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original sales receipt
• All layaway items can be returned within 14 days of first payment
• All items financed are FINAL SALE
• All returns that meet our conditions will be issued 100% refund

Layaway

We are happy to offer layaway plans for our jewelry items. A down payment of 10% is required at checkout and following, we offer up to 6 months of equal payments. The piece must be paid in full within 6 months and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please contact us if you are interested in layaway.

All layaway items can be returned within 14 days of first payment

Financing

We are happy to offer financing plans for our jewelry items through synchrony. All items financed are FINAL SALE. Please contact us if you are interested in financing.

Shipping

Once an order is placed, it typically takes us one to two business days to process. (Unless it is a custom job in which the approximate shipping time frame will be stated)

Items under $1000 are shipped via USPS mail, with signature confirmation.

Items over $1000 are shipped via Fed Ex Express with signature confirmation with insurance.

When an item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can see shipping costs at check out. 

Ring Resizing

If item is over $1000 your first sizing is free. If it requires an additional sizing, you will be charged a reasonable fee. You must sign off on ring size for sizing.

Resized pieces are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.

 Handmade Jewelry

Handmade jewelry pieces will always have slight variations as they are all unique and created individually.

Custom Jewelry

 Custom jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.   

Treatments

Unless otherwise stated, all colored stones are assumed to be subject to a color or clarity enhancement.

Pearls: Unless specifically noted in listing, all pearls are assumed to be cultured.

Gemstone Weights

All gemstones are graded and evaluated in their mountings to the maximum extent that the mounting permits. In order to have a 100 percent accurate gemstone weight the stone must be removed from the setting.

Photography

All of our jewelry is shot in a lightbox with daylight equivalent light. We always try to photograph & describe colors to the best of our ability however there may be slight variations to items.

Vintage & Antique Jewelry

All of our jewelry is sold in as-is condition. For our estate jewelry please expect minor signs of wear and unique character. We describe any imperfections to the best of our ability.

Condition Disclosure
All designer items sold on our website are pre-owned, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Natural signs of wear may be present. We carefully inspect, authenticate, and photograph each item, and disclosures regarding condition are provided to the best of our ability. By purchasing, you acknowledge that pre-owned items may exhibit variations consistent with previous use or age.

Repairs

We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 90 days of receipt of purchase (not including major loses, which would be covered by personal insurance) Repairs needed after 90 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.
