RINGS: Rings over $1000 your first sizing is complimentary*. If an additional sizing is required, you will be charged a reasonable fee. Please write your sizing request in the notes of your order or email us at: info@queenmay.com.

*Not all rings are resizable, for example eternity bands. If we are not able to fulfill your sizing request we will contact you.

ALL OTHER JEWELRY: Please write any alteration requests in the notes of your order or email us at: info@queenmay.com.  Our team will provide you a quote based on your request.

Domestic Shipping

Once an order is placed, it typically takes us one to two business days to process. (Unless it is a custom job in which the approximate shipping time frame will be stated). Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for us to process your order if you have a sizing or alteration request.

Items under $1000 are shipped via USPS mail, with signature confirmation.

Items over $1000 are shipped via Fed Ex Express with signature confirmation with insurance.

When an item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can see shipping costs at check out. 

International Shipping

Queen May offers international shipping to select destinations. Customers in supported destinations can purchase directly through our website using the payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping options and carrier-calculated rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order. Please provide your full shipping address, email address, and phone number.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and clearance fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and may be collected separately by customs or the carrier.

Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays. Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information and respond promptly to requests from the carrier or customs authorities.

Domestic Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the sale, subject to the following:

• The merchandise must be in the same condition as it was shipped.  Any used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Any items that have been sized or custom made are FINAL SALE. 
• All returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original sales receipt
• All layaway items can be returned within 14 days of first payment
• All items financed are FINAL SALE
• All returns that meet our conditions will be issued 100% refund

International Returns

International purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy, including all final-sale exclusions. Please contact us before shipping a return so we can provide return and customs instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the return results from an error by Queen May. Duties, taxes, and fees paid directly to customs authorities or carriers are not refunded by Queen May. Any request for reimbursement must be directed to the party that collected them.
